Rep checked with supervisor and CLEARLY stated that phone support is not going anywhere. So I called the old number, waited for an hour and 21 minutes to inquire why this was no longer offered. Wondering why this was I emailed IG and got a response stating that Ignition does not offer phone assistance. Looking at the new website, I could not find Ignition's phone number listed anywhere.

No one from Ignition is involved with the moderation, management, content, or control of this sub-reddit.
